We woke up from our nap and get ready for our "annual event" with Hao & Gerard -
Jay Chou 's Concert!
Got feedback from my cousin
that his performance was fantastic on the opening night!
About 6pm, we fetch Gerard then head down to Hao's estate area for dinner.
Wanted to eat mee siam but couldn't find
any malay stall so I settle for carrot cake. Got to indoor stadium about 7.30pm,
loitered outside North entrance for awhile cause the guys wanted to smoke. I looked out for ppl to help us take photo for my blog.
Caught
a group of teen & ask them to take our group photo, Got some paranormal sight on the
photo. Can u see gerard? Hahaha! The boy who took the photo held the strap in
front of the shutter, so gerard looks like spirit caught on photo.
Took another proper one
before we get in. Wanted to get light stick but stall was crowded.
After toilet break, we went
straight to our seat. Yeahhhhh ! we got good seating, directly facing the main
stage. I was so afraid we got bad seats cause its a round stage (see photo left).
the guys said its will start about 8.30pm and I was bored and irritated with
talkative fans behind us. So I took photos of us with Hui's hp.

Those crazy fans behind started to scream. I started to feel excited too.
After some explosive act, Jay finally appeared from the top of the stage on a cross.
( expected same as his taiwan concert).
I start indulging in his songs, singing along. Not long later, all the fans get really high and
start standing up. We just followed coz we were blocked.
Almost half the show gone, my left ear started to buzz and its get painful.
Should be from those fans' screaming behind me.
Soon Jay's singing sounds like it been fast forward.
I really feel uncomfortable from then on, didn't concentrate much. Sat down to rest
and start to wondered why those fans keep screaming into our ears even when I
sit and they stand. My body started to ache, maybe due to the standing.
I am overwhelmed again when I saw Jay playing the flute and piano.
In his encore act, he even played the drum. I lost my voice even when I din scream or shout.
On our way home, we concluded that the performance by Jay and his mates are fantastic and our $$ well spent. But I think the local production company should improved on the setting
of the stage. It's so embarrassing to invite Superstar to perform in such set. Jay should improved his waredrobe too. Luckily no fashion police ard!! (from Gerard)
Lastly those screaming fans, I feel like slapping them but I know its not their
fault to scream and have fun but my ears really cannot take it.
