Exchange sms with Joyce's to find out how's her check-up.Everything's fine for them and I am glad! Since Joyce wanted to go OG Orchard to get some BB stuffs,

I decided to go with her coz since Hui will be on mob-manning.

Meeting her at 12 plus on Sat, Hui gave me a ride but b4 that I
need to accompanied him to do a delivery at Senoko. We were running late then,
luckily Joyce sms me tat she be slightly late and Hui's CO changed their
meeting to later timing.

Hui's
favorite pastime:Going 4 reservist!

To show my support, I wore my camo skirt. haha! Dunno when can i learn to stand straight.

Finally meet up with Joyce and her colleague, Cindy (I think). Joyce's another fren, Vera working @ OG and can get 20% staff discount.
We proceed to the maternity dept and start looking for BB stuffs, she
need after BB Russell born. She is very clueless on what she want and I am
really not of good help.

She decided onproducts like
which from antenatal class taught her that this brand will suit better.
I also find it quite true, those preggie in online forum always recommend that
brand.Most likely its good and when its my turn, I will swear by that.

Since Joyce getting hungry, we decided to leave those stuffs she chose
at the counter and go to basement to look for food while waiting for Cindy to
complete her purchase.

Joyce ordered spaghetti and fruit tea and I had tuna sandwich and mango frost.
While waiting for food, I ask Joyce to take photo.

Can u imagine? She is already in her 28 weeks and she still look so small. ENVY ENVY! Slim arms and shapey face. Look at next photo we take together,
oooohh look at me I am only 18 weeks but tsk tsk tsk I am big. So in my mind, I
decided to really start exercising and eat healthy. Wanting to have Joyce's size
is IMPOSSIBLE for me but I will try not to let myself become
too giantic for the next few months or I will "tease" by my
nasty elder paternal relatives during CNY (nothing special actually).

Its my MOTTO to stay Rolly Polly during my pregnancy, but its important tat I feel healthy and looks good too (now still not good enuf). If I achieved tat, they can't get on my nerves.

After our meal, we went up to look for Vera and settle Joyce & Cindy's purchase.
Vera then ask us to be passer-by for OG Triumph VIP card show. She wanted us to participate in the games but I am really a spoil-sport so I am hoping she will not insist of me taking part. While watching the show, my tummy feels uncomfy, dunno its gas or stretching. So I excused myself to the toilet. While I'm in there, Joyce participated and won herself $20 voucher. Since the voucher need to be used on the day itself, we went to look for stuff to buy and at the same time pay their stuffs. Joyce decided not to get the Avent's products coz she is unsure if Vera's staff discount extend to the product. I told her to go take a look at JL@Specialist Centre to see if there's any discount. After we are done,
we meet up with Joyce's ma, aunt and her little cousin. Joyce's little cousin
looks like cartoon Monster Inc. that little gal. She is so active and joyful. Went to JL but to my dismay, no nice discount as mentioned from forum. Feeling pai sei to make Joyce walk all the way there and got nothing. But lucky she will be getting her Robinson card soon and can get 20% for all those stuffs later. Like good old school days, we start to stroll down Orchard Rd. Joyce wanted to go to Shibuya to look for a dress she saw on magazine.

We went to Heeren but no sign of the shop but managed to take a few pixs.
We then make our way to Far East plaza. Finally get to the shop, its a beautiful dress but Joyce think its too tight so end up not buying.

Ken then arrived and fetch us to
Geylang for dinner. Didn't want them to drive me home, cos really far and I can
see from Ken's face that he is really shag out. Its very nice of them and I
really appreciate it.
